Delete your account
You can delete your Loopy account and personal data at any time. This page explains what happens and how to do it.
Self-serve deletion
- Sign in to your Loopy account.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
Your account, loyalty cards, stamps and vouchers will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics data may be retained.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in or would prefer we handle it, email hello@loopyrewards.com from the address on your Loopy account with the subject Delete my account. We aim to respond within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR and UK GDPR requirements.
Brands & staff accounts
If you own or manage a Loopy brand, deleting your account will not automatically delete the brand's loyalty cards or members. Please contact support so we can transfer or close the brand account correctly.
