Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Loopy ("we", "us", "our"), a digital loyalty platform that lets guests collect stamps and rewards from participating restaurants, cafés and other brands ("Brands"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Loopy.

Stamps and rewards are issued by the Brand, not by Loopy. Brands set the number of stamps required, the reward, expiry rules and terms of each card. We facilitate the record of your stamps and rewards but do not guarantee the availability, value or fulfilment of any reward, which remains the responsibility of the Brand.

You must not attempt to forge stamps, redeem the same voucher twice, share codes, use automated tools to farm stamps, or otherwise abuse the service. We may cancel stamps, vouchers or accounts that we believe have been obtained in breach of these terms.

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their loyalty programme, the honouring of issued rewards, staff use of the scanning tools, and compliance with all applicable consumer, tax and data-protection laws. Paid features are billed according to the plan selected in the dashboard.

We work to keep Loopy running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

Loopy and its logo, design and software are owned by us. Brand names and logos shown in the app belong to the respective Brands. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or from a Brand's failure to honour a stamp or reward. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to the service or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Loopy after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
