- What is Loopy?
- Loopy is a digital loyalty wallet. Guests collect stamps from their favourite restaurants and cafés in one place, and earn free rewards when a card is complete — no plastic card, no separate app per brand.
- How do guests join a loyalty card?
- Scan the QR code on the table, receipt or packaging, create a free Loopy account, and the card is added to your wallet instantly. Next time you visit, the venue scans your card to add a stamp.
- How do stamps get added?
- Staff either scan your membership QR from the Loopy app, or you scan a stamp code shown at the till. Every stamp is tied to a specific visit and location.
- How do I redeem a reward?
- When a card is full, a reward voucher appears in your wallet. Show it to staff at the till — they scan it once to mark it redeemed. Each voucher can only be used once.
- Do rewards expire?
- Rewards can have an expiry date set by the brand. If a voucher is expiring soon, you'll see it clearly in your wallet. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
- Is Loopy free for guests?
- Yes. Joining loyalty cards, collecting stamps and redeeming rewards is completely free.
- I'm a brand — how do I get started?
- Create an account, choose the brand role, set up your card design, reward and locations, and print the QR code from the dashboard. Staff can start stamping straight away.
- How is my data used?
